  My family and I chose this hotel for our family reunion because we had stayed here before in 2005 and was pleased with the experience. What a difference! They were doing construction and sent my family members upstairs anyway with beds…

  Pros: overworked staff who try very hard Cons: can't get good service with a shotertened overworked staff
